The lemon

Ginger

Ginger is also one of the effective natural remedies for the flu. Indeed, in addition to having toning benefits, ginger also boosts the immune system by weakening viruses. By consuming ginger, you are therefore sure to recover quickly from this flu-like state.

Preparing ginger is easy. You need to cut it into a round, then simmer it in water over low heat for about 30 minutes. You must then filter everything and only retain the water flavored with ginger. You can then drink this water to relieve flu symptoms. Note that you can also make a combo by adding lemon juice and honey to your flavored water.

Wine revisited

Yes you are not dreaming. Wine can indeed be a cure for the flu. However, pure wine in itself is not. We will have to revisit it so that it can play its role as a natural remedy against the flu. The goal here is to heat the wine and mix it with certain natural ingredients to promote perspiration and therefore, the elimination of toxins.

So, to fight the flu, you need to take a quality wine and mix it with water. Then add ginger to the mixture (4 slices should be enough). Heat everything and let it steep for 10 minutes. Once done, add lemon juice and honey to the mixture, then drink it hot. Ideally to be consumed in the evening.
