Konrad Bicher, a Florida man known as the ‘Wolf of Airbnb,’ has been sentenced to 51 months in prison for his involvement in a fraudulent real estate and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) scheme. A Manhattan federal judge handed down the sentence, citing a high risk of recidivism. Bicher, who styled himself as the ‘Wolf of Airbnb,’ scammed New York City landlords through an illegal sublet scheme. He was found guilty and declined to speak at his sentencing.
